As an Associate Licensed Counselor, I am passionate about and believe every individual has the innate ability to grow, heal, and overcome challenges, and therapy is the tool to help embolden this process. I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where individuals feel empowered and supported as they navigate life, gain deeper self-understanding, and move toward meaningful, positive change.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, nonjudgemental, and strengths-focused. I primarily specialize in working with children, teens, and emerging adults, however am open to helping individuals across the lifespan who are motivated to pursue growth and healing. I have specialized experience working with survivors of abuse, supporting individuals in processing trauma, rebuilding a sense of safety, and fostering resilience through evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. My clinical experience allows me to address a variety of presenting concerns and work alongside individuals on their unique paths to increased wellness.
