I’m Gracie, an Associate Licensed Counselor who works with children, teens, emerging adults, and adults. I believe everyone deserves support that fits where they are and adapts to how they think, process, and communicate.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. With younger clients, that may include play therapy or sand tray work; with teens and emerging adults, open conversation, art, and psychoeducation; and with adults, approaches such as CBT and polyvagal-informed work. Whatever the approach, my goal is to help you better understand your patterns, provide space to heal, feel heard, and move toward feeling safer and steadier in your daily life.
I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating severe anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and other challenges that interfere with daily life. I also have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and believe therapy should meet people where they are—not expect them to fit into one approach.
I strive to make therapy feel like a genuine conversation: a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and move at your own pace. Outside of sessions, I’m usually listening to music or painting with watercolors—reminders that growth doesn’t always have to be linear, tidy, or serious to be meaningful.
