As a therapist, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I believe that healing happens through safe, trusting relationships and that each person brings their own resilience and strengths into the therapy room. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or working through long-standing emotional pain, my goal is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and encouragement tailored to your needs.

My clinical background includes work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, where I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan. With a strong foundation in advocacy and a passion for working with underserved communities, I bring cultural humility, curiosity, and a person-centered lens to every session. I’m especially drawn to working with those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward—and I consider it a privilege to help people reconnect with hope and purpose.
