Parent Support and Skills Group

Parenting can feel overwhelming—especially when emotions run high, routines feel chaotic, or discipline becomes a daily struggle. This group is designed to support parents of children ages 0–12 in building practical skills while strengthening the emotional bond with their child.

In this group, parents will learn how to:

  • Better regulate their own emotions during stressful parenting moments

  • Respond to challenging behaviors with confidence and consistency

  • Strengthen connection and attachment with their child

  • Use play, routines, and positive discipline to support healthy development

By the end of the group, parents can expect to feel:

  • More confident and grounded in their parenting approach

  • Less reactive and more emotionally attuned

  • Better equipped to handle difficult behaviors and family stress
